Meet Our Staff

 

Office Manager

Karan has been with Pomona Pediatrics for 20 years. She keeps the office organized and running smoothly.  Karan is available for questions, suggestions or concerns about the office that parents may have.

Front Office

Beckie is our front office supervisor and has been working at the office for more than 20 years.  She is the familiar face at the checkout counter.

Marie has been the office's front end receptionist for more than 10 years.  She can usually be found greeting patients and their families at the check-in counter.  She is fluent in Spanish. Her grandchildren are some of the office's many patients.

Vicki works in the front office assisting patients by making appointments.

Maquel works in the front office assisting patients by making appointments.

Laurel works in the front office assisting patients by making appointments.

Krystal works in the front office assisting patients by making appointments.

Jim is the go-to man for computer issues and troubleshooting and also helps with PPO insurance verification.

Kathy has worked at Pomona Pediatrics for more than 10 years.  Her role in the billing department includes assisting patients who have Medi-Cal or PPO insurance coverage.

Tiffany has worked at the office for more than 10 years.  Her duties include helping patients with HMO or Healthy Families insurance coverage.  Tiffany's niece and nephew are among the office's many patients.

 

Medical Assistants

Sandy is our supervisor for the back office.  She has been working at the office for 20 years. She is an expert in referral information, immunizations, medical supplies and almost everything which is important in pediatrics.  She keeps the doctors and assistants organized and working efficiently.

Debbie is the assistant back office supervisor and has worked at Pomona Pediatrics for more than 10 years. She is knowledgeable in every part of our office. Debbie will often be found on the phone providing parents with valuable assistance.

Yolanda is one of our medical assistants. She helps the doctors by putting patients in rooms, giving immunizations and helping to answer their phone calls.  Yolanda is fluent in Spanish.

	Maria is one of our medical assistants and she assists patients in the referral department.  She is fluent in Spanish.
	Heather is one of our medical assistants. She helps the doctors by putting patients in rooms, giving immunizations and helping to answer their phone calls.

Alba is one of our medical assistants. She helps the doctors by putting patients in rooms, giving immunizations and helping to answer their phone calls. Alba is fluent in Spanish.

Christine is one of our medical assistants. She helps the doctors by putting patients in rooms, giving immunizations and helping to answer their phone calls.

Brenda is one of our medical assistants. She helps the doctors by putting patients in rooms, giving immunizations and helping to answer their phone calls.  Brenda is fluent in Spanish.
